General usage conditions
These assets are provided to help communicate and support the New Hut fundraising project. By downloading or using them, you agree to the conditions below.
You may
- Use the assets to promote, report on or support the Watton at Stone Scouts and Guides New Hut fundraising project.
- Resize the artwork proportionally and select the supplied version best suited to the background and output.
- Use the logo in digital posts, community notices, presentations, press coverage and printed fundraising material.
- Place the logo alongside partner or supporter logos, provided it remains clear and separate.
Please do not
- Redraw, distort, rotate, recolour, crop, outline or rearrange any part of the logo.
- Change the wording, typography, hut graphic, Scout symbol or Guide symbol.
- Add effects such as shadows, gradients, filters or patterns, or place the logo where contrast is poor.
- Use the artwork in a way that suggests formal endorsement, approval or partnership where none has been agreed.
- Sell, license, register or claim ownership of the artwork, or use it for unrelated commercial promotion.
- Use the logo in misleading, offensive, political or otherwise inappropriate material.
Clear space and legibility
Leave a comfortable area of clear space around the logo and keep it large enough for the wording and symbols to remain legible. Use the light-background artwork on white or pale colours, and the dark-background artwork on dark colours or photographs. Do not place other text or graphics over the logo.

If your proposed use falls outside these conditions, or you are unsure which file to use, please contact the project team before publishing. The Scout and Guide symbols remain subject to the rights and usage requirements of their respective organisations.
